When a saloon is too small
A saloon carries a maximum of four passengers. As soon as there are five of you, or four with long-haul suitcases, you need a bigger car. A 6 seater taxi gives every passenger a proper seat and keeps the boot free for luggage, so nobody spends the journey with a bag on their knees.
Luggage guide for a 6 seater MPV
With four or five passengers, a 6 seater MPV has plenty of room for large suitcases, a buggy or golf bags. With all six seats in use, the boot is smaller, so it suits hand luggage and a few medium cases. Six people each flying with a big suitcase will find the 7 seater more comfortable. Family airport runs from Barnet
Most of our 6 seater bookings are family trips to Heathrow, Gatwick, Luton and Stansted. Let us know the children's ages when you book so we can confirm child seats. On the way back, add your flight number and the driver tracks your landing, so the MPV is there when you come through arrivals.
Extra space for mobility aids
The MPV's wide doors and flat boot make it a good choice if someone uses a folding wheelchair, walking frame or mobility scooter that folds down. Tell us about the equipment when you book so the driver can plan space for it and help load it.
