What to have ready when you call
- Your pickup address, including the postcode
- Your destination, and any stops on the way
- The date and time you need the car
- The number of passengers and cases
- For airport pickups, your flight number
Changing or cancelling a booking
Call us as soon as your plans change and we'll update or cancel your booking. The earlier you let us know, the easier it is to rearrange.
